(Q) Who is this site available to
(A) This site is available to residents of the United States of America and Canada who are at least 18 years of age and can form a binding contract.

(Q) How much does it cost to use this site?
(A) Registration is FREE. There are some fees involved for some special features and listings. There is an optional $5.00 USD to have your account verified to provide buyer peace of mind. A PayPal account is required for verification and to make site payment. See Account Verification for more info. (Q) How do i pay my fee's?
(A) From your Control Panel, go to Details. If your account requires payment, you will see the payment gateway to PayPal. If you would like to pay by Money Order, Cashiers or Personal Check, please send and make payable to:

Please note! If you are sending this type of payment and your account has reached it's limit, you may be suspended until payment is received and has cleared our bank. This may take up to 5 business days. We advise that you add funds in advance or use PayPal which will post instantly to your account.
(Q) When are my fees due?
(A) If you are using a store, fees for the store are due every 30 days. All other transactions are due on the 1st and 15th day of each month. If your account credit balance is $10.00 USD or more, your account will be suspended by the system along with any open auctions you may have.
(Q) What if i do not pay fees?
(A) If fees are not paid or credit reaches its limit, your live auctions will auto suspend until your account is updated with credit or funds. Paying your account with time ensures that your items or account will not be suspended. You will receive a warning message in your control panel before your account peaks its limit. If your account goes over, you will receive an invoice. If the invoice is not paid by the due date, your account & active auctions will be suspended. It may take a few days for your account to be reactivated and live auctions may be lost. If your items had bids, and the item closed during suspension, you are liable for delivery of that item to the winner at whatever amount of bids it closed at. Please avoid this problem by paying on time.
(Q) What does "No Bids" mean in fee's?
(A) No Bids = $0.00 or 0.
(Q) What if i did not receive an invoice?

(A) If you did not receive an invoice for this month and your account is not suspended, we have carried over your balance to the next invoice. This will be done in some cases when your balance is very small or $0.00 USD. If you have recently made changes to your personal information, please check that your email address is allowed by the site and if it can accept email from monkeybidz.com.

Registering
(Q) How do I register?
(A) To register click on the "register" link found on both the header and footer navigation sections
(Q) I'm under 18 and can't signup?
(A) In accordance with standard law under 18 years of age cannot participate in auctions as they cannot form a legal binding contract. You may register using your legal guardians information binding them with our terms of use with there full consent.
(Q) Can i use web links in my item description?
Yes, you may use web links, but may not advertise any website directly like http://www.monkeybidz.com. Web links may point to an image or website without directly advertising the site. Users caught doing so will have there account supended. You can use links like "Click Here" to point to a site.
(Q) What if i did not receive a registration confirmation email?
(A) Try registering again, and check that your email is correct before sending registration. Check that you do not have auto-reply set to on in the email address you have used. Check that your ISP(Internet Service Provider) or email settings will accept emails from this site. If you require us to resend the registration activation email again, please contact us with your username. Subject(Re-send Activation Email).
Selling
(Q) How can I list an item?
(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" link. The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description
(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling?
(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting
the "selling" page.
(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item?
(A) Yes you can, however we recomend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly.
(Q) Why are my auctions or ads not displaying?
(A) Your account or live items may have been suspended by administrator or the system due to 0 credit in your account or violation of terms & conditions. If you are able to login to your user control panel, it is due to 0 balance to your credit account. If you are not able to login at all, you account has been suspended by administrator. You will need to contact us for further information.
How to Bid
(Q) How can I place a bid?
(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place you chosen bid
(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on?
(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are bidding on by visiting your members area and selecting the "bidding" page.
(Q) How do I know if I am outbid on an item?
(A) Our auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid.
Editing a Listing
(Q) Will i be charged again?
(A) No, you will not receive any new charges unless you add more features to your item during editing.
(Q) Why does my old image still show in preview?
(A) Make sure that you have selected to "delete" while editing your item. Your image will still appear sometimes even after you have selected to delete it while editing your item. If you choose to continue with the listing, you will note that the new image shows on your live item.
Account Verification
(Q) What is a verified account?
(A) Accounts that have shown proof of having PayPalŪ Verified account are awarded the privilage of displaying an icon or text showing other users that there account is safe, and can be protected through PayPalŪ.
(Q) How do i verify my account?
(A) Go to your user Control Panel, and click on the "Details" icon or button. If your account is not yet verified, you will see the option to verify.
(Q) What are the requirements to get verified?
(A) You must have a PayPalŪ Verified Account. In addition, your name, address, and so on must match in both our site and PayPalŪ. We are currently working on other ways for members to verify there account without PayPalŪ.
(Q) How much does it cost to verify my account?
(A) See fees for current price. All account verification fees will be applied back to your account as MonkeyBidz Cash. Verification will need to be paid VIA PayPalŪ and will be live real money.
(Q) How long does it take to verify?
(A) It will take up to 1 business day for your information to be verified. This does not include US weekends & holidays.
